GAP Claim Payment Delay
I had my GAP insurance for my car loan through this company, unfortunately my car was totaled back on April 2019. Since then I have been going back and forth with this company; both my car insurance company and myself have provided EVERY single piece of information they have requested and they have yet to pay out the balance remaining which is about $8K. I've called multiple times to request updates and they other put me on hold for a long period of time, transfer my call to voicemail, or basically just hung up on me. At this point I have reached out to a lawyer and we will be filling a lawsuit against this company. I have also contacted our local news and will be looking into this company as well. All I want is for my totaled car claim to be paid out so I won't have to deal with this company ever again. They have the worst customer service as well!!!
