You can view the company's report and complaints at the links above. I would be more likely to doubt the reviews if they had a large complaint experience, but they haven't had any complaints. They've been in business since 2003.

You can also try calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
