Should I trust what theyn tell you? no Very similar story, I tried to refinance my home. I talked to Jennifer Blaskovich #1-888-337-6888 ex. 1559. I thoroughly and repeatedly explained to her that the last comparative analysis was very much lower that what she listed at the value. The amount she listed was the 2007 amount of 140,00.00. My house was on the market over a year, so my exwife took it off the market. The last listing, as I told Jennifer was 92,000.00. She listed 140, 000 on the contract. she also promised, as also listed on the contract for 140,000.00. I told her this is a problem because that is not the price. I was so reluctant that I stalled getting the appraisal. The appraiser called to set up appts. several times. Jennifer said that I should go ahead and get the appraisal, because the appraisal may be higher. I stalled and finally with her encouragement scheduled the appraisal. I was also promised a switch from my current FHA to a conventional rate. This switch would insure a lower rate because I would not have to carry the MIP. The terms changed and I wa stuck with the appraisal 495.00. I am appealing and filing a complaint with the BBB. I read alot of mixed reviews about this company, but I did not come across TRUSTLINK. BBB gave them a A rating. I called my bank to see if they can reverse the charges. Now I am waiting. I really hope this helps someone.
