The company has 20 complaints and an F rating with the LA BBB. I have attached their report above. You can view their complaints on the report by clicking "View Complaints". It looks like they have answered all of the complaints, so if you're having a dispute with them you may wish to file. The BBB can contact them on your behalf and request a response.

Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.

FIRST file a complaint on line with the BBB, then the following: Attorney General in California and the State were you live, Dept. Of Corporations, Dept. Of financial Institutions of California, Governor of California and the Mayor of the City were this company resides. dont give up. We need to stop these company's that are scams. As far as your modification, please contact your mortgage company directly. Its always best to work with them directly. You will get better results. Good luck.

have you been able to get your money back, I have filed a comp. with the BBB and Attorney Gen of CA, please file a comp. with both it is very easy, I gave them $2010 in July for loan mod and was denied in Aug and have not heard from them since, have you gotten results from them or any response for return of money
