Help - I am trying to return the product and since I filed my complaint they have not responded to any email. I need to know how to return the product and I can't get any answer. I am afraid they will not respond until it is past the window for return or that I might return it to the wrong spot and they will use that as an excuse not to refund me. I really need help. I cant get any response whatsoever from the company.

Hi Elizabeth,

I read the company's return policy, and it states that all returns have to be OK'd before you ship it back to them, so I can see your dilemma. Have you tried contacting your credit card company? You may wish to dispute the charge until you can find relief. It will at least get their attention!
