Multiple BBB accounts is very misleading, especially if you're referred to the one with "0" complaints

Why is one company, allowed to have 2 separate accounts with BBB?

I filed a complaint with Florida BBB, and it was rejected because they said KVL wants all their complaints referred to the BBB in California. This company referred me to their Florida BBB page, I only found out about their California page once they took my furniture hostage!

Why are they listed on BBB so many times?
Notice how the name changes just slightly each time.

I think you missed part of BBB SE Florida's report that addresses this situation, and I have pasted it below for you.
This company is headquartered in California with an additional location in Florida. A separate report for the California location can be obtained from the link www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Kings-Vanlines-Inc-100071196

BBBs great reliability reports on local companies within their respective service areas and the company has two separate locations, thus two separate reports.

You're right...This can be confusing. The West Palm Beach BBB does, however, the company is headquartered in California and to check with the LA BBB for a report, but I have contacted West Palm Beach to have them look into their report and make any necessary corrections.

Thank you, I appreciate that..however, West Palm Beach will not handle any of the companies companies, so on their Florida page, looks like they have "0" complaints, which isnt true. Both of their pages should cross-reference their other location, because even though they have two offices, they are one company. Thank you for your response and info.
