They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.

Thank you very much for your reply, i know i,am not the only one in this mess, and i feel so sorry for everyone who is.there are some good hard working people who have no were to go.no help i have lived here sixteen years, owe nine years [BAC] will not even talk to us.so i know how they fill when you can,t sleep worry all the time.when you are sitting there thinking about things and you just stsrt crying.to end god bless don,t give up keep faith and hope.
