My experience was ok I was promised to close on 1/6/2017 but couldn't close it until 1/17/2017 because they were missing paperwork from me to give th the loan to get funded so I had to cancel my moving truck twice and I took days off from work I didn't need too, and it was all because all paperwork wasn't gathered correctly and turned in to them my loan didn't get funded on time, this is what they do on a daily basis they should know what needs to be turned in to get funded, other than that a good experience.
