Discount Mugs

I have placed multiple orders with Discount Mugs. I order full-color, wrap around sublimated mugs imprinted with my vector graphic images. On the first order of 144 mugs, there was an approx. 10% error rate. Perhaps my personal inspection of each mug had a higher quality threshold than the company's inspectors. I am purchasing mugs for resale through my new business, so one small white spot on a mug turns it into a second. Be that as it may, the company has stepped right up to the plate to either replace or give credit for misprinted or damaged mugs. I hope to continue working with Cathy and the other people at Discount Mugs. They have the best prices I could find. But over time, it could be the customer service that keeps me a loyal customer. And just so you know, the mugs are BEAUTIFUL!
The error rate has gone down on subsequent orders, and I hope that trend continues. They send me emails with discounts, but the discounts don't seem to be on the sublimated mugs that I routinely order. I would definitely purchase more mugs sooner if they gave me a 10% discount or forgave a set-up charge once in awhile. Next time I speak with them, I think I might ask!
