I have to say at first I did not trust this online mortgage companies and I did a lot of research on Better Business Bureau but like my Father said sometimes you have to just take a risk with today's technology ended up getting a very low rate and the Director kept constant contact with me when the broker was not available. I did not understand the new Good Faith Estimate and he actually spent until late in the night trying to get me to understand how they just changed. Bottom line Thank you Lenders Direct for your services. I am self employed and I have to say my file was very complex but in the end of the day when we funded at a lower rate than first started I was impressed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a local solid Orange County mortgage company. The Fact that they wrote me emails at 1am was what really impressed me.
