I ordered a ring on 12/15 and paid for 2 day shipping. On 12/18 i called to check on my order. The person I spoke to said they where waiting for the certification to come back and would shop either 12/21 or 12/22. I called again on 12/22 this time a different person answered. Told me the same story and assured me they would ship it over night so i could have it Christmas Eve. I Called them on 12/23 this time someone different answered and told me they are still waiting for the certification. That I probably would not see it until after the new year. I told them this was unacceptable and to cancel my order. They said they would refund my money. I have spent numerous hours trying to get ahold of these people now. No one is answering the phone calls I have sent numerous emails and not 1 answered. I saw a review on the Better Business Bureau website about a person not getting thier refund for over 9 months. I have filed a claim with my credit card company for fraud and I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I truly believe this company is a fraud and any of the good reviews are all made up. I will never buy anything on line again. I went to a local jewelry store and made a purchase. Like they say IF ITS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS A RIPOFF.
