cancelled order without notifying

Ordered flowers for mom's birthday 10 days in advance. Was not notified of any issues with the order. When they didn't arrive the day after they were due, I contacted the company who said they had cancelled the order because they didn't work in the area. Of course by then it was too late to order replacements, and I am still waiting on a refund. Just terrible, and other review sites (Google, etc) are misleading because they don't seem to allow actual customers to place reviews. Just trying to get the word out!!
