My customer rep did a pretty good job finding me a carrier. The pricing was not too bad, too. I got a quote two weeks before. He assured me that every effort would be made to secure the same pricing, and he did!
My 2013 Nissan Sentra was picked up a day later than what I expected which was a little discomforting. But apart from that, there were no other issues. I didn't worry about anything else.
