Do Not Use Kia Motors Finance Ever

Kia took two payments from my Bank Account; Auto Pay XXX.XX Direct Payment; XXX.XX Auto Pay: When I first went on Kmfusa.com, which is the website for Kia Motors Finance, the website had the ability to set up Auto Pay. I went through all the steps but the website replied that the system was having problem and to try back again later. I did but I received the same message. So I went to the websites Direct one time payment and made my June car payment. June 3rd I saw on my Bank Account Statement that there were two withdraws of $XXX.XX. One was Direct Payment the other was Auto Pay. I called Kia Motors Finance and the lady there was nice and helped me through this. In short she said that we could let the over payment be the July's payment and that I would have my next payment in August. I agreed and that was the end of that phone communication. I felt that everything was good to go. July 1st there was a withdraw from my bank account of $XXX.XX, which made my bank account over drawn. I called Kia Motors about this and through a long conversation it was reveled that Kia cannot refund monies back through the bank systems. Their Program would not let them do this. After talking to the CSR and then the CSR Supervisor it was agreed that my bank would send them a copy on my statement showing the transaction and a letter of request that I would receive my funds in a few days. This did not happen and still 18 day later I still haven received a refund and I called Kia Motors Finance and because of a problem they have with procedures they will not be able to get my refund to me until around the end of July… maybe.
