Do not Use Kia Motors Finance

Made my June Payment via my bank on 6/1. No check cashed. Repaid June 20 when I got a late notice using the Kia Website, no payment received. Paid June bill a third time, using the Kia Website, payment confirmed, money taken from my account but no credit
given by Kia. It is August 8th and I have called every 10 days, faxed two copies of my bank statement and still have not got this resolved and every monthly bill has a late charge. No one ever calls you back, as promised, and while they see the payment, they
have no idea why I am not getting credit. I will never do business with them again.
