Almost a month - still no furniture.

It's been 24 days since they picked up my furniture for IL-CA move and I still don't have it. Driver's mailbox is full; dispatch doesn't pick up; sales doesn't return emails. What rating should I give them for making two small children sleep on the floor
for a month?
