I purchased a custom made jewelry music box from Boris. He went to extremes for my daughter's custom made and highly personal graduation gift. I have never had such great service in any state, in any situation, in any store. It was such an experience, especially during a painful time for Music Box Attic when they lost one of their own, that I wrote an article about it.
