This was my third time using Prime Choice Funding, more specifically Scott Twombley and David Arnold!
I received a phone call from Scorr Twombley about a month ago. He called to tell me that mortgage interest rates had dropped dramatically and they're most likely the lowest the'll be for a long time. He explained that since we had a recent refi, we'd most likely not need a new appraisal and there would be no fees to us. Scott was able to lock us in at a rate that's going to save us nearly $300 a month in mortgage payments. It was a no-brainer. David Arnold jumped right in processing the loan and here we are, a month later, the loan funded today and we're really happy!
