I saw a billboard for Shuttle2LAX on the 405 and decided to give it a try. I went online to look for a phone number, because I always prefer to transact business over the phone rather than the computer, but could not find one. I did the online reservation system. I ran into one hiccup, but there was an operator available on live chat to assist me. I would have felt more comfortable getting assistance over the phone from a "live" person, but I did get the assistance I needed. My reservation was assigned to PrimeTime Shuttle. On the day of my departure, the van arrived on time and the ride to the airport was without incident. I felt that this was a great service at a great price. I wish more people would use it because we definitely have to get more private cars off the road in L.A.
