My initial contact with Jenine was very professional and she was very thorough in explaining the process and that I understood everything. As the process proceeded and exchanging emails she got the ball rolling and advised me that I would later to contacted by the senior loan manager Duy. Jenine stayed in contact with on a regular basis making sure things were going as I wanted and paperwork was received in a timely matter. Her and Duy was awesome and on top of things. Even when things got a little lengthy they stay on the mission of getting me approved as they said they would. Botton line Jenine and Duy were very professional and new there job and got things done. It was a pleasure working with this team on getting my refinance to the final approval stage. I will refer this company to friends and family. I enjoyed working with straight forward professional.
