Poor customer service for poor performing dehumidifier
Dehumidifier died after 13 months, which is within 2 year warranty. Customer Service Rep tells me to send in receipt for refund. Send in receipt and dispose of item. Later notifies me that they need the plug from the unit in order to receive refun... Read More »
