Has anyone had the displeasure of dealing with Rosland Capital?

Has anyone had a problem with Rosland Capital? They buy and sell precious metals,mainly gold coins.I just got off the phone with one of their salesman and he started yelling at me because I didn't want to buy 1/2 ounce of gold for $1700.00.Then when I hung up he called me back and threatened to kick my a**.I couldn't believe a company with such a convincing advertising campaign would hire such trash.
