Over the last few weeks we have met and worked with Thomas G to great success. He has helped us better understand our core business and what our acceptable margins should be in our industry. I feel like we finally have a proper grasp of where we should be heading as a company. It seems like we fell in the common trap of chasing growth over everything else even our profitability. Thomas was able to help us put things in perspective and how important managing cashflow is to our long term success.
