Made some really significant changes

We met Darrel through a friend who had used him in the past on a few different projects. I knew we needed help on the operations and reporting side as we had grown quite a bit over the last couple of years. He was able to come in and totally overhaul how we handle our reporting and forecasting processes. It was by no means an easy process and we are still coming to grips on how it affects the rest of our business. For one thing it totally changed our purchasing and how we handle our real time stock levels. The biggest benefit has been to our cashflow and how we are no longer scrambling to make payroll. I am looking forward to the longterm benefit of our changes.
