Worst company EVER. I received a confirmation that the flowers will be delivered on Sunday as I asked and it was delivered on Monday. No e-mail or call to say the delivery would be delayed, instead they tried to convince me the delivery date was Monday when I was looking at the e-mail they sent me that clearly said SUNDAY. Managers are elusive and refuses to deal with the public. DON"T ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM!!!!!! They will rip you off.---------- UPDATE and my reply:---------- Re order 4978933 to Deanna. Michael thank you for contacting us on time to express your dissatisfaction with your order 4978933 to Deanna. We sincerely apologize that this order was not delivered on the day you requested, we did call all florist in the area but most shops are closed on Sundays. Per policy: ( which is on the website and on the invoice we sent you) Weekend Deliveries Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday with a note of apology from our company. We rescheduled the delivery as per our policy. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.---------- My reply:---------- You said you called ALL florists in the area but MOST were closed... MOST??? Let's try a little common sense here... then why couldn't the florists that were OPEN deliver the flowers? Exactly what time on Sunday did you "attempt" to call these said florists? When you found out that the flowers couldn't be delivered on the date YOUR Company verified, why couldn't you call me and let me know so I can make other arrangements? Was it to take my money at any cost or is common courtesy against your policy too? I really wish I had read the reviews on Yelp and other review sites about your company before I trusted you with my order. Live and learn. Like your other dissatisfied customers, I also left a negative comment and filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I will never order from your company again and will warn others from making the same mistake.---------- THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT OF $7 ON MY FUTURE ORDER WITH THEM. NO THANK YOU.
