I'm a first time homebuyer using a VA loan. Did not know how to go about it. Spoke to another VA lender before talking to Shawn, and Shawn had given me the breakdown on how the VA loan works without any shenanigans, and even utilized my benefits as veteran to my advantage. Hooked me up w/ a great agent too. Excellent in communicating on time w/ client-me. Very patient. Closed in 5 weeks as he promised. Pretty much did the impossible for me. My experience w/ Shawn was life changing. Would definitely recommend to fellow vet and colleagues!
