It has only been a few weeks since we had Tom and his team in our office but we are confident in the changes and overall recommendations him and his team made. His help in overhauling our reporting process alone was worth the capital spend in time and money. We did have a few hiccups after they left with some parts of the business plan but I was able to get Tom on the phone whenever an issue popped up. It is for sure not a cheap endeavor but we found real value in their services and I would have no issues bringing them back at some point in the future.
