Do not order flowers from this florist. My husband ordered flowers via the internet & FTD a few weeks ago & received confirmation that they would be delivered on Valentine's day. I waited at work all day for the arrangement to arrive & my husband even talked to a lady via the phone at 3pm on Valentine's day who assured him the flowers would be delivered before 5pm, but they weren't received until 4pm tonight & they were a $30.00 arrangement, not what we had ordered. The flowers were pretty, but they used leftover flowers & not the arrangement that we had ordered. No one answers their phone when we tried to call them. My husband made an appearance at the building to pick up the flowers & said that the building is now vacant & completely gutted. They completely ruined our Valentine's day & we will never use this florist ever again. They used to be reputible, but now they are not...it is too bad too because they used to be really good & we used to be really happy with them. We used them to make our wedding flowers & were happy with them 12 years ago, but somewhere in between then & now, they seem to have gone downhill. Such a shame. What a pitty.
