I 100% Agree with all of the below comments. I just received my phone bill and saw the $107 charge. This company is a SCAM and they "claim" that I agreed to the charge and services but when I asked for proof they could not provide me with any. I have notified ATT of their practices and they were able to put a bill block and remove the current charges. ATT is a wonderful company to work with!!!! So if you have ATT just call them, I advised them to not be associated with such a HORRIBLE company (both reps I talked to at 877 In My Zip have no idea what customer service is)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have given them zero stars if that was an option.....they do not even deserve one star!
