AA-Careers helped me to focus and make strides in an otherwise stalled career search. Before becoming a client I spent six months sending out resumes, answering online job postings, and reaching out to friends, end result a bunch of phone interviews, no thank you letters and only four face to face interviews with no offers. Working with an advisor I was able to quickly develop a marketing plan that made sense, develop new marketing materials that focused on my strengths and develop new network opportunities which ultimately led to my new position. I am extremely pleased with the skills I've learned as a client and the new direction my career is moving in.
