Successfully took an inventory of skills and experience, re-evaluated them and created a new vision for career development. Coaching in a non-judgemental, encouraging manner that led me to explore new avenues for growth and fulfillment. Once I identified a promising new direction, Frank introduced me to some key individuals in the field who were instrumental in opening doors and making connections, that were both beneficial to my development and to achieving break throughs for the people I met.
Frank helped me to understand the true benefits of networking done properly. Instead of networking to get what I think I want, I now network to find interesting people and ways that I can help them achieve worthy goals. I find results that are better than what I thought I wanted.
