Received a box we did not order...

Called customer service that day (Mar 27), they did not answer. Called the following morning, talked to Stacy, she said she needs two days to talk to the sales rep (Mar 30). Sales rep calls my husband, won't take no for an answer. My husbands receives a text from the sales rep with their catalog. My husband sent a reply that said no thank you, we want to turn this box, please send a UPS return label. Sales rep stops replying.
Today, March 31, I called every extension, no one answers until I call the warehouse. Very helpful gentleman (the only helpful person in the company) gets me to someone else in customer service. I ask for a return label for a box, she wants to know why. I said we didn't order it. She says she needs two days to talk to the sales rep. I said, No, we did this already. I want a return label now. She refuses. Said to give her until the end of today. After seeing all of these reviews, I have called my attorney. I am not getting hung for $1,210 that we did not order or authorize.
