From day one Maggie presented herself as a professional, she took the time to explain in detail what we were to expect while going thru a re-fi. She presented to us a couple of options and guided us until we took the option that we thought fit our needs. After that, it was a chain of e-mails and telephone conversations until finally we heard Maggie say ;"Carlos, your loan has been funded"
Maggie is simply the best in the business as far as we are concerned
