Very poor warranty and service results from this company. They rely on a multitude of excuses by citing fine print on their website. Also, if you send a product back and they claim that it is not a covered repair, you have to pay to have the item returned or pay for the repair without proof that it is not covered. I would avoid this company and deal with the larger chain stores and sporting good stores that have a no question return policy.
