This company has very arrogant and harassing employees. They phish their calls through a cell phone number registered in Morristown, NJ so we really dont know where they are located. They all have indian accents and when you tell them you would like an itemized statement of the account they are trying to collect, they confirm your address and tell you that they sent it to you already and you should find out what the problem is with your post office. 4 times now we have asked for an itemized statement. we have yet to receive any, however receive these phone calls daily. I've read some detrimental things about this company online and fear now that I have given them information that my identity is at risk. Be careful what you tell them and be sure you actually still owe this debt. Then insist that you send a money order so they cannot steal anything from you. Dont let them bully you into giving them your employer information - it's none of their business, bank account or credit card - if they are legitimate and really want the debt paid, they can wait 3 days for money order.
