I don't usually spend the time to write reviews on products and services, but after my experience with American City Pest, I felt compelled to let others know how they conduct business.
We tried them based upon a referral from a friend. We started seeing some roaches and silverfish and we had never had any problems before. They came out promptly and were professional and friendly. They explained to us what they were going to do and what we should expect. He checked out the entire house as well as the exterior. There were no odors or residues from the spray, and he was very clean and did not mess up or disturb anything in the house. A couple of days later, we were seeing dead critters and no activity. Needless to say this was very comforting.
We will use them for all of our pest control needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of this type of service.
