DONT USE THIS COMPANY!I did an inventory list and booked a moved with this company.The day of the move, first of all the tires on the company's truck looked hazardous, then they tripled the actual quote, and I called the company, Alisa the manager told me no refund was possible,I asked for the supervisor,the supervisor called me and tried to negotiate another price, I said no thanks, i just wanted our deposit back, because the policy never stated it was non-refundable, so now we are out of 150.00 for nothing, I am going to report this company to the state and everyone else until I get my deposit back.
They must have read this review, because today they cut my check for the deposit and more.THANKS! They have settled my account now I can refer them to others.
