Being a single mother, you can imagine how clueless I am about attacking what, until recently, was the “honey-do” list. One item on that list, which I moved up on the priority rating, was getting rid of whatever it was that was making a racket every night up in the attic. There was no way in this life time that I was climbing up into the attic, possibly coming face to face with whatever might be lurking up there! So, after looking through several referral websites, and calling 3 or 4 exterminator companies, I chose to have this one come out to see what they could do to remedy the situation. Well, Charlie was on time for our appointment, and immediately proceeded to attempt to calm me by assuring that whatever it was up there wouldn’t be there for long if he had anything to do about it. He actually was successful in even getting me to laugh about the scenario, before climbing up and disappearing into the attic. Well, he was right when he said that for the next few minutes it would sound like Santa had landed on our roof, “with such a clatter”. After about 15 minutes, or so, Charlie climbed down, informed me that we opossums living up there and quoted me a fee for “evicting” the free-loaders, (they weren’t paying rent), and taking steps to prevent their return. Thanks to Charlie and this company, I’ve actually been getting some pretty good nights’ sleep lately. I thought that that in its self was worthy of my sitting down and taking the time to write this review. Thanks, again, Charlie!
