I will NEVER use this company for any business transaction. I ordered 25 baby shower invitations for my first baby and never received the product. I ordered on July 4, 2009 and it is now 4 emails later July 21st and no invitations. They are absolutely the worst at getting back to you with information about your order status and only emailed me after the third email sent because I threatened to report them to BBB and contact my bank, which I had to end up doing anyway. This is when I found out that the transaction was under a merchant named JJ Clothing. The phone number my bank had a constantly full voice mail. Loida responded once saying she would email me at the end of the day with a tracking number and the product would arrive Saturday July 18. Neither of the two happened. I ended up rushing out to stores and purchased invitations that I did not like just to get them mailed off. They are the worst example of a business and I believe that they are fraudulent. My bank did refund my money, but I still want the company to produce and send me 3-5 invitations for my keepsake album. That is the least they can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
