Hi, same story here. Signed up with them in June and now they're gone. Today I received a call from some processvirtual.com, supposedly the processing company hired by Bank Modification Experts, asking me to pay another $500 so that they could process my loan modification. Can you believe that? I have no idea whether that's another scam or not. Their website processvirtual.com looks brand new and vanilla i.e. they probably just came into existence days ago. I couldn't find them on BBB either. Also, the site mentioned by another reviewer www.premierlegaladvocates.com looks awfully similar to what Bank Mod Experts site used to be.
If these are all scams, how can this highway robbery go on like this? I don't understand. I also filed a complaint with the attorney general california website. Anyway, let's band together and see if we can work something out collectively. I'm Asif (415-269-3032).
