I have never experienced such lousy service!!
I have yet to see the cabin for itself so I really can't comment on the condition of the rental. However, I have been dealing with the employees at big bear cool cabins for several weeks now regarding my rental agreement. I must say that their customer service has been absolutely horrible! My rental agreement that I faxed 4 months ago and confirmed with Elena the following day that everything was completed was misplaced. No prob I'll refax it. I've sent it to them 3 times now. One rep told me they could not find it another told me the manager had it,another told me they had too many faxes for them to spend a few minutes determining which fax I sent it to and another referred me to Kerry who she claimed was a manager. I got her Voicemal left two messages and never got a call back regarding it. If it was lost then ok fine mistakes happen but just be honest about it instead of giving me the run around, right? I have spoken to Sonia, Alisa, Elena, Christy and a few others whos names I didn't make note of. None of these employees had any clue on how to resolve a simple issue such as this. They sound like a bunch of teenagers that don't care at all about how to conduct themselves over the phone.
The bottom line is this, I wish I had check their rating BEFORE I booked the cabin because to be honest if the service is this crappy and I'm not even there yet I'm not looking forward to spending my weekend in one of their cabins.
Its no wonder the company has an F rating!
