Steven E. Blanchard of Blanchard Air is certified through the Sate of FL.
Blanchard Failed to obtain permits for Hurricane repair work on 240 homes
did alterations on interior of private homes without plans for the major alteration and received over $600K and never even installed the thermostats on over 100 owners homes that he already got paid for. City of Palm Beach Gardens did not even bother to watch the damages he created and left
for over TWO years in many homes. City of Palm Beach Gardens did not submit Blanchard to the State as the County Ron Lewis stated the City did .
Blanchard was again hired by the CIty of Palm Beach Gardens in April 2008
to pull permits on owners homes who never even contracted with and did not approve. Was not until months later did the City notify the homeowners to
allow Blanchard to FINISH work and let the City inspect. When later the City
found multiple violations on the alteration work. Since 2004 his work is
STILL not completed , But he got paid years ago. He is a fraud
City sent out Proof of Insurance, when checking with the insurance company, Blanchard cancelled the insurance just prior to City of Palm Beach Gardens issuing Blanchard 60 permits 10/30/2008. Appears he was working for the city in private homes without any insurance.

for invalid notarizations on all the permits the City notarized. The City still allowed the permits to be issued. And some homes since the April 2008 applications are STILL OPEN and never properly inspected nor are those
120 thermostats EVER installed. He has also accepted and charged owners whose homes were never completed or done properly for his repairs and maintenance work all knowing it was fraud.
