I have to tell you that this was the best customer service experience that I have had in my 37 years of living! I am a first time customer and had a postcard that needed to be tweaked that wasn't even in a format that they usually deal with and the customer service representatives went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my finished product looked exactly like the postcard I created. Michelle Partida was so pleasant that even when my deadline stress was building there was a smile on my face because she was so patient and cared so much about delivering a satisfactory product. Also the technical support rep, Lee Nichols, also went above and beyond to make my postcard an exact replica of my original and also gave me insight and tips on how I could produce a better jpeg document for future ordering purposes so that I wouldn't have to go through the tedious process of trying to get a word document with a low resolution photo up to par for printing.
In conclusion, all I have to say is that I haven't received my postcards as of yet but I have no doubt from the consciencious attitude of the customer service reps I had the pleasure of dealing with that they will be great.
This company's customer service receives an outstanding and beyond the call of duty rating from me! In this day and age it's nice to actually speak with a human being instead of having to deal with the aggrevation of an automated system. Infact, in the past I used Vista Print and had to seek out a new company because Vista Print did away with their phone service and what used to take a half hour over the phone to do now took 3 days of emailing back and forth, hence I ended up trying Next Day Flyers, who by the way was about $40 cheaper and I got 500 more postcards.
Impeccable service! Will write a follow up review upon receipt of my product. Can't wait!
