BEWARE!! I hired this company to negotiate a loan modification with the bank on my behalf. I submitted to them all my personal financial information. The took it on their behalf to doctor the information and create false profit and loss statements for my business when they had no access to business financials. When I asked to see copies of the files they sent on my behalf I was denied. They claimed their forms are proprietary. They have committed fraud and lied to my bank on my behalf.
