I wish I'd read the previous review before doing business with this company.

First I was told my order wouldn't ship for over a month. I later went on their online chat to verify this ship date and inform them that I'd had an unforeseen expense and my account would not have sufficient funds to pay the bill until February, so I wanted to make sure they would not bill me until they shipped the item. The representative confirmed the ship date and said I would not be billed until that time, but then the company shipped and billed me on the 18th resulting in an overdraft of my account, incurring fees amounting to $60. Customer service has utterly dismissed this complaint, insisting the representative made me no promises.
They also billed my bank card an additional 30 bucks for something called "copyright charges". Then they tried to blame me when I complained, saying I must have clicked on it when I placed the order. Well, if I did, why didn't it show up in the price I was quoted? I wonder how many people they slip this one past for an extra $30 on their bill.
I checked out this business on the BBB website and they've had a number of billing complaints in the past year, but apparently all were resolved satisfactorily once BBB jumped on them about it. So if you're here like me, trying to check this company out after having already been burned by them, I advise you to file your complaint with the BBB.
