WORST printing company I've dealt with!

As many years as a graphic design artist, I've NEVER encountered such HORRIBLE customer service!! I decided to change printing company to save a little money..and their printing quality was HORRIBLE! Next, they said in order to refund my money, I had to return the cards (which I don't mind doing) but they told me I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING...company policy! So I lose on both ends..no cards, lose MONEY! I DO NOT recommend this printing company AT ALL!!!!!!!!
