I found CA Screen Co. on line, saw good reviews. I went to store on Sat, agreed on a deal to replace all screens, and left screens there. Owner scheduled in-home measure on Mon. I took off a day and waited at home – NO SHOW! I called – NO ANSWER! I called again on Tue – still no answer… 2 weeks later, Marie called and scheduled another in-home measure on Mon. I told them to call me 1 hour before they arrive (no way I would take another day off for them). NEVER CALLED! NO SHOW, AGAIN!! I called on Tue and told them I’ll pick up my old screens on Wed – I was done with their scam. I drove up to the store around 2:15pm. NO ONE’S THERE!!! Called and waited 1 hour, Marie finally showed up and gave me the screens.
I have never dealt with any business this flaky. Perhaps my business is too small for them – that would explain why I was treated this way. I gave them nothing but kindness and smile from the beginning even to the end, and this is what I got.
