I looked around for a good kennel for our pet and found this facility. It was a beautiful, happy environment with lots of happy dogs. It had all of the "visible" signs of what I was looking for, for my pet. A terrific loving relaxed home like environment that would serve to board my animal without trauma to him while we were away. But, they lost my pet. Unfortunately our state and local laws governing a situation such as this does not protect the owner. It does not cover the loss of a beloved family member as my pet was. The facility is by law only obligated to replace him with another animal similar. Thats it! So what that means, is that this business, in the business of caring for your animal, but by law it dosen't have to care.
