In response to Mike from Clean Dry usa...First of all I did not call on 11-8 for my appt...I called a week and a half in advance to book my appt for the $$$ 49.95 3 room cleaning special coupon youre company has out there. No where did it say " FREE NO OBLIGATION ESTIMATE " Also where was my free demonstration???? Also...look at the pictures...no person in their right mind would be satisfied with work like that....Youre company has destroyed my carpet and my flooring which is now bubbling and lifting all around due to the excessive water seaping out from the carpet under the flooring....I have now had it stemcleaned twice trying to get the white pastey substance out and it will not come out...???? You say youre company has a SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOU PAY NOTHING???? Okay well I wrote you a check while your employees where at my home....Obviously I cannot see the finished product until the carpet is completely dried...which the next day in the morning as the carpet began to dry I saw the finished product and was irrate! My carpets and flooring is ruined so No.. I AM NOT SATISFIED!!!! And yes I cancelled my check and will not pay you. You now owe me thousands of dollars to fix what youre company destroyed. Any respectable legit company would fix what they destroyed with no problem!!! I have a baby who crawls and sits on this floor...I have no idea what this substance is all over and how dangerous it could be for our health considering it smells moldy in my home now. When I called Sunday Morning all I asked is that someone came out that day and redid the carpet so we could see if the carpet was ruined or not....She rudely said they were closed and Id have to wait til next week...she said someone would come by and look at it but it would be between 2-6...I explained to her I am brand new at my job and I cannot miss work....nor can I afford to. I said Mam..on your website it states open 24 hours 7 days a week and in a emergency a tec can be to you within 60 min! I said this is an emergency I have a baby here and need this fixed...I paid you for this service and Im not satisfied and I am very angry...she hung up on me. I called her back and asked her for the owners name...the business address and their Business Lic #....She said I dont have to give you that...I said yes...I need it...she said Im sorry you dont understand miss...And hung up on me...I called back one last time and she picked right up and hung up on me...What kind of customer service is that...You mess up on a service that your company guarantees???? Then you treat youre customer like that??? Along with the false advertisement that this company is open 24hrs a day 7 days a week and can be to you within 60 min???? Also I do not have a husband that you could of spoken with!!! I spoke with one man on sunday who called in the early evening from a blocked number and was extremely mean to me and told me no one would help me on sunday...he said Id have to miss work and wait for someone??? Then I told him no sir..I need someone to come right now...This is not fair~~~ he hung up on me! So I went online and cancelled my check asap...considering all of the damage this company has caused...and did nothing to help me to fix this problem. What would this man or woman do if this was their home and baby???? Monday Morning 11-10-08 I recieved a call from a blocked number ...It was a yet again rude message from a Sean...stating that his bank informed them I cancelled my check...he said he was going to send me to collections right away..He said I could call the 1800 and page him...so I called the 1800 number and again the same lady answered...she spoke to me like a was an idiot..and she said...this is only a booking center he is sitting in here....I said please page him thats what his message stated...she sighed and said How stupid are you..what dont you understand??? and hung up!!!
About 20 minutes later I recieved a phone call from a 310 telephone number on my cell phone...I was in a meeting at work and could not answer the call....Within the hour I got 30 phone calls in a row from that number and a blocked number...over and over and over...! I am at work...I picked up one of the calls from the private number and said I AM AT WORK STOP HARRASSING ME!!! And I hung up...the phonecalls continued over and over! I started getting nervous because I have no idea who these people are...and them calling over and over harrassing me freaks me out considering they know where I live and alot of my personal info...I was advised to go to the local police station and explain the situation and the non stopping phonecalls....I did. I brought all the pictures I brought the coupon the reciept..the cancelled check etc etc along with my cellphone to show all records of the phonecalls from this company....If I get one more call from anyone at this company harrassing me..I will press charges! This is ridiculous!!!!
Now I am filing paper work for civil court and will have to go that route to get my home fixed and back into the shape it was before Clean Dry USA came to preform a service and destroyed the carpets and floor...Thank you Clean dry USA....for being an dishonest....unethical....ripoff...scam artist company!!!!! See you in court!

In responce to Renee K Our company has a 24-hour toll free number and water damage service, however carpet cleaning is scheduled between business hours. We were more then willing to send a technician back to the customer’s home in order to assess any damage claimed to be done by our services and repair any part of the service she was not satisfied with, however we were not given a chance to act on our satisfaction guarantee, which has been proven by sixteen years of experience in the field, because the check was cancelled prematurely. Unfortunately because the check was cancelled she has not only stopped the steps put in place to insure satisfaction but she also made it so she is no longer viewed as a paying customer meaning she will not be able to take legal action if it were necessary. Our company’s main goal is customer satisfaction, our company vision is founded upon it and our technicians undergo extensive training in the technical and customer service aspects of the field. We are sorry if she is not satisfied with the quality of work done since every customer is important to us, however we have exhausted all avenues available to us and she has halted any attempt made by the technician or managerial staff to act upon our satisfaction guarantee.
