I worked with CEE when I managed a major solar leads business, and I can highly recommend them.
They consistently delivered leads at both the volume and quality we needed. If there was an issue with a lead, they followed up and were happy to address it with their lead return policy.
Bottom line, they delivered:
*A tightly managed lead quality and volume delivery in multiple geographies
*Excellent customer service
*Straight forward return policy
